Once the form appears, fill it out with your info. Make sure the info is 100% accurate so we can contact you if needed!

For the question "What would you like your referral code to be?", enter your desired unique code (i.e. "RoadDog15"). in the blank

If you're accepted to the program, you'll receive an email from buzzbassador with your password and from urbancycling.com with instructions, so be on the lookout! Don't forget to check your spam or promotions folder!

What To Expect

• Commit to participation for at least 12 months

• Post at least 2 unique social media posts across all social media channels per month with relevance to clothing or gear featured on urbancycling.com. And tag us (@shopurbancycling) on both Facebook and Instagram
